Morshedy Group

Established in 1983, Memaar Al Morshedy employs 3,000 people, has 70,000 clients, and delivers about 3,500 units per year. As of February 2024, it had built 1,195 buildings, 25 malls, 17 nurseries, 11 schools, seven medical clinics, and a hospital. The group works with architects and designers like Mohamed Hadid and the Spanish design house VDP Design. In 2023, the group completed phase two of its mega project, Zahra, in Egypt and launched a new $60 million residential project in Athens, Greece.
