Alesayi Holding

The Alesayi Holding group was founded in 1945, initially in the textile business. Today, it operates across engineering and technology, real estate and asset management, trade and retail, electronics, investment, finance, and services. The group’s revenues and net assets surged by 40% from 2020 to 2022. In April 2023, Alesayi Electronics opened its first showroom in Khobar and the fourth one in Saudi Arabia. In September 2023, the group acquired 85% of the Initial Saudi Group. The group’s subsidiary, Erada Advanced Projects, specializes in technology solutions and has its own subsidiaries: E-Enterprises (E2), Enjaz, and Masaar.
