In February 2024, the group’s flagship brand, the American Hospital Dubai, open three medical tourism offices in Nigeria with plans for 30 more offices across Africa and Eastern Europe. In 2023, Ishraq Hospitality, the group’s flagship hospitality brand, signed a hospitality management agreement alongside Rekan Group to oversee the management of the Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts in Batumi, Georgia. Ishraq Hospitality is also expanding its footprint into dynamic travel markets overseas including Egypt
