PREAMBLE
This Sustainable Sourcing Charter (hereinafter the
“Charter”) is a joint initiative by French companies
of the "Bank & Insurance" sector1 (hereinafter the
"Signatories")

want
to
associate

suppliers in the implementation of due diligence
measures as part of their Corporate Social
