Composition
On April 24th, 2025, the Compensation, Governance &
Sustainability Committee was comprised of five members:
Guillaume Faury (Chairman), Bettina Cramm, Gérald Harlin,
Rachel Picard and Marie-France Tschudin.
A majority of members are considered as independent by the
Board. However, this rule does not apply to the director
representing the employees.
