Sony Group Statement on Slavery and Human Trafficking

We make this Statement pursuant to the Canada Fighting Against Forced Labor and Child
Labor in Supply Chains Act (the “Canadian Act”) and Section 54 of the United Kingdom
(UK) Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the “UK Act”) to identify actions we have taken on a Sony
Group-wide and global basis during the financial year ending March 31, 2025 to prevent slavery
