Governance
Biodiversity-related activities are governed at multiple levels within Roche. The Corporate
Governance and Sustainability Committee is responsible for biodiversity-related activities on the
Board of Directors level. The Committee receives regular updates on environmental topics, including
biodiversity, from the Chief SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) Officer, who provides strategic
guidance to the organization.
